Longer Prompts Are Not Automatically Better: Define the Deliverable
Original example of a prompt that brings together roles, goals and boundaries. Reset the criteria to check if the requested text from ChatGPT really works.

The sentence 'Act like the best content producer in the world' is not a good briefing alone. It does not tell the reader which information, length and purpose to speak for. Good prompt sets the limits of the work to be delivered before impressive adjectives. In particular, in the text of the announcement and promotion, you should not ask the model to complete the incomplete details on its own.
Choose a single job first
Research, text writing, visual planning, and publishing are different jobs. Instead of asking for them all in one sentence, first determine which output will help you decide. The following example is for drafting a solo workshop announcement. It does not create access to any account, publishing authority, or calendar record.
The information we will use is fictional: an initial photography workshop, adult participants, and the app with a mobile phone. The date and location are unknown. This lack is not a creative space for the model to fill, but a boundary that will be clearly protected.
Directly available brief
You can use this text with your own verified information:
'Write a draft of an announcement in Turkish for adult start-up participants describing the photo-taking workshop on their mobile phone. The information provided is: practical work will be done; no professional camera will be required. No date, location, fee, and registration links are available yet. Do not make these up. Produce a title and two short paragraphs with a total of 60-90 words. Don't use exaggerated promise of success, certificate claim, and quota print. Show the text in a separate control note after publication.
This example is not a magic formula. Its power is in a delivery description that the user can control: word range, number of paragraphs, prohibited claims, and incomplete information are clearly written.
Don't judge the answer by your ears alone
It is not enough that the text is intelligible. Has the date been fabricated? Has the participant been guaranteed an undocumented skill? Does the title and the body describe the same job? Is the control note accidentally mixed into the text to be shared? Check the answer to these questions one by one on the draft.
OpenAI's assessment approachThe measure here is that it produces an announcement that can be used with the right information, not 'make it look very creative'. Creativity works within them, not in place of boundaries.
Download correction to single variable
If the first draft is too formal, do not change the entire brief. Ask for a narrow correction to 'Keep the information and length, make the language warmer' so that you can more easily control against shifting dates, scopes, or promises as the tone changes.
Keep the internal working notes separate from the publication text in the last file. The success of a promp does not mean that the draft can be published without human control. When you divide the production process into small deliveries, it also seems much more obvious what is actually being completed.
