What data, for what purpose?
The name, email, optional institution information and message you share in the contact and advertising form are used to evaluate the request, respond to you, and conduct a collaboration interview. You are not asked to send a password, identification number, health information, payment card, or exact location. Applications are not public; they are displayed in the authorized management panel.
Collection method and legal reasons
Information is obtained from electronic forms and site requests. Transactions that are directly linked to the establishment or performance of the contract in accordance with the nature of the request are evaluated under KVKK Article 5/2(c), procedures relating to the facility or protection of the right 5/2(e), balanced security needs 5/2(f). Optional statistics are based on your active preference. Sending forms does not mean giving approval to advertising email or all cookies.
Statistics and location information
The approximate country/city and browser-reported categories of device/operating systems that the IP connection shows when you allow them are evaluated on aggregate counters. This statistics table does not include IP address, sensitive coordinate, contact name, raw browser description, or permanent visitor ID. The city results are not detailed when there are few examples. Statistics do not show the number of unique people.
Infrastructure, receivers and transfer
Cloudflare infrastructure is used for site presentation, security, and data storage. It may process technical data such as security layers, IP address, and request information to provide the service; this is separate from the optional statistics table. Form data is not sold or automatically transmitted to advertisers. Transfers to competent public authorities are only evaluated under valid legal request and liability. The terms of transfer to use of overseas infrastructure are also handled under Article 9 of the KVKK; the cookie is not limited to all transfers.
Retention and change of preferences
Enquiry records are retained only for as long as needed for the request, discussion and relevant obligations, then removed through an authorised administrative process. Usage reports cover the last 30 days; aggregate counters older than 90 days are cleared during regular requests. Cookie preferences are kept for up to 180 days and can be changed using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Your Rights
You may exercise your right to learn, request information, ask for purpose and recipients under Article 11, correct, delete/delete when conditions arise, request that relevant transactions be notified to the recipients, appeal the result of automated analysis, and ask for damages. Specify your request and contact address for response at your application; do not send unnecessary identification or sensitive data. When authentication is required, the proportional method is used. Applications are handled as soon as possible and within the time in the law.
