Antalya Museums and Archaeological Sites in 2026: How to Check Visiting Hours
When you say Antalya, most people think of the sea first, whereas when you travel west and east from the city center, you enter one of Turkey's busiest archaeological routes. Aspendos, Perge, Phaselis, Olympos, Myra, Patara, Xanthos and Side are within the boundaries of the same province.
The real problem here begins with the question, "Where should I travel?": What time does it close?

Will Aspendos and Perge fit on the same day?

Why does the Demre side want a separate day?
Stops such as Myra and St. Nikolaos Memorial Museum are prominently far from the center of Antalya. If you are going to go around Demre, compressing it into a travel plan in the center without taking into account the time of transportation makes the day exhausting.
The same is true of Patara and Xanthos, the province of Antalya is large. The fact that they appear on the map within the same provincial boundary does not mean that they are close to each other.
Special attention when entering October
Since the 2026 extended summer hours are connected to the 1 October limit, do not automatically accept the closing of 21.00 on the summer table if you are going to visit in October.
